🧾 Ingredients

2 eggs
150 g natural Greek yogurt
150 g flour
100 g sugar
1 sachet baking powder (about 11 g)

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Whisk Eggs & Sugar

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture becomes pale, light, and slightly foamy.
