Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo

12 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Salmon

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon pieces in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Carefully remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
